At NOVA School of Law, we are committed to preparing new generations of professionals with an innovative and multidisciplinary vision, equipping them for an increasingly global and demanding market where diverse skills are essential.
The Career Days are one of the initiatives that embody this commitment — a unique meeting place between talent and leading employers, allowing students to make crucial contacts for their professional future and organisations to find candidates that match their strategic needs.
The Home of Talent
The success of recent editions has firmly established the event as a prime meeting place for talent and opportunities. Encouraged by this, we are repeating the experience with two distinct events.
The first moment will take place in April and focus specifically on summer internships, providing students with a valuable opportunity to gain professional experience during the holidays. The event will also include other initiatives, such as workshops to prepare students for the job market, as well as a volunteering fair to foster contact with organisations and encourage civic and social engagement.
The first of these, which is specifically dedicated to summer internships and other opportunities during the holiday period, will take place in April.

The morning will be devoted to a volunteering fair featuring national and international organisations. This event will enable students to learn about various causes, participate in socially impactful projects, and hone skills relevant to their personal and professional growth.

In a relaxed setting conducive to dialogue, partner organisations will present their opportunities and get up close with NOVA School of Law talent. For our students, this is a crucial moment to get to know the job market, initiate professional contacts and make those first steps along their career path.
This edition aims to reinforce NOVA School of Law’s role as a point of contact between excellent education and market needs, promoting transformative experiences for all those involved.
The event will conclude with a cocktail reception, providing an additional opportunity for informal interaction and networking in a relaxed setting. This will allow discussions initiated throughout the event to continue and will strengthen connections among students, alumni and partner organisations.

The main event will return at the start of the next academic year, once again bringing together recruiters and students in a two-way networking environment. Here, organisations can showcase their opportunities and discover NOVA School of Law talent. This initiative continues our mission of providing our students with a broad and comprehensive overview of the career paths available to them, from the public to the private sector, both at the national and the international level, including non-traditional legal careers.
The success of the Summer Edition has inspired us to repeat this year’s Career Days in two distinct moments.
The first moment took place on 6 May, and it was specifically dedicated to summer internships and other opportunities during the holiday period.
The main event returns on 9 October, once again bringing together recruiters and students in a two-way networking environment. Here, organisations can showcase their opportunities and discover NOVA School of Law talent. This initiative continues our mission of providing our students with a broad and comprehensive overview of the career paths available to them, from the public to the private sector, both at the national and the international level, including non-traditional legal careers.

The year 2025 went as follows...
In a relaxed atmosphere, with summer just around the corner, students and employers once again came together in a space of dialogue, opportunity and networking, reinforcing our commitment to the employability and professional futures of our academic community.
In 2024, the main Career Day event was an unmissable occasion for NOVA School of Law talent to meet with leading recruiters – a day full of exchanges, concrete opportunities and contacts that opened doors to the future.
