\/>This seminar will bring together four speakers to examine the intersection between countering violent extremism (CVE), prison systems, and international justice, with particular attention to the balance between preventive approaches and punitive responses.<\/p><p>It will address the role of prisons in processes of radicalisation and rehabilitation, as well as the contribution of international justice to accountability, the protection of human rights, and global security.<\/p><p>As part of our <a href=\"https:\/\/novalaw.unl.pt\/en\/nova-war-law-lab\/\">NOVA <strong>War &amp; Law
