and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/novalaw.unl.pt\/en\/nova-dispute-resolution-forum\/\"><strong>NOVA Dispute Resolution Forum<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0are officially launching the\u00a0<strong>second edition of the NOVA Summer School on International Arbitration, which will take place from the 10th to the 14th of July in Lisbon, Portugal. <\/strong><\/p><p>Much like last year\u2019s edition, the Summer School seeks to give its participants<strong>\u00a0the foundational basis of International Arbitration<\/strong>. The participants will have the unique opportunity to learn from <strong>international<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>experts from different cities around the world <\/strong>and be truly exposed to the world of International Arbitration.\u00a0<\/p><p>Classes will be taught by <strong>world-renowned Arbitration academics and practitioners<\/strong> and will cover the most relevant issues in International Arbitration such as arbitration agreements and proceedings, arbitral awards, and international investment protection.<\/p><p>In addition to\u00a0<strong>having classes taught by reputable experts<\/strong>, the participants will have the opportunity to put into practice the knowledge they have acquired throughout the summer school by taking part in a\u00a0<strong>mini Moot Court with the\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.icc-portugal.com\/\"><strong>ICC Portugal<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0Arbitration Rules<\/strong><\/p><p>The mini Moot Court is specially designed<strong>\u00a0to give participants a comprehensive theoretical and practical overview of arbitration<\/strong>.
