the data subject is a party, or the execution of pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject;<\/li><li>for compliance with NOVA School of Law&#8217;s legal obligations;<\/li><li>to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another individual;<\/li><li>for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by NOVA School of Law or a third party, except where overriding interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject require protection of the personal data;<\/li><li>for the purposes of complying with obligations and specific rights of NOVA School of
