data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>NOVA School of Law&#8217;s Consultancy Centre was created to <strong>provide legal advice and technical and scientific studies to support public policies, business decisions and dispute resolution.<\/strong><\/p><p>The Centre and its members carry out this activity by <strong>responding to legal queries submitted by public or private entities<\/strong>, preparing legal studies on request, or participating in legislative reform processes.<\/p><p>NOVA School of Law has <strong>more than 30 resident lecturers, both national and foreign, with doctorates in various fields<\/strong> <strong>of law<\/strong> and dedicated to rigorous, interdisciplinary, and international analysis of the most demanding and complex legal problems<\/p><p>The faculty is therefore in a unique position at national level to study and monitor the most complex legal issues in the Portuguese legal system, as well as foreign and comparative law.<\/p><p>Our experts work in <strong>several languages, including Portuguese, English, Spanish, Italian, French and German.<\/strong><\/p><p>The Consultancy Centre is thus <strong>an important link between NOVA School of Law and civil society<\/strong>, allowing the faculty to place its know-how at the service of social development, sustainability, economic progress, and the improvement of the legal
