Tech)<\/strong> puts NOVA School of Law at the forefront of innovative legal education.<\/p><p>The focus is on the digital and other types of emerging technological transformations. The study of law within this focus is approached in international, transnational, and comparative way.<\/p><p>The program has a common core of courses: <em>Law and Technology Intensive Course<\/em>, <em>Technological Deep Dive<\/em>, and <em>Methodology of Legal Research<\/em>. These ensure that students acquire a set of basic, horizontal conceptual and analytical tools needed to become law and technology experts. Building on this common core, the program offers <strong>3 specialisation tracks<\/strong> that seek to address different technological realities and their impact on different facets of the legal
