Advisor to the Vice-President of the Constitutional Court, Jo&atilde;o Carlos Loureiro. She was previously Advisor to the then Vice-President of that Court, Gon&ccedil;alo Almeida Ribeiro.<\/p>\n<p>Beatriz&rsquo;s work has focused on criminal law theory, comparative criminal law and the intersection between criminal law and new technologies. She also has extensive experience of administrative sanctions proceedings, having worked as a Lawyer at CMVM and Banco de Portugal. She started her career at PLMJ. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Beatriz was a visiting researcher at Humboldt-Universit&auml;t (Berlin) and is currently a researcher at <a href=\"https:\/\/novalaw.unl.pt\/en\/cedis\/\">CEDIS<\/a>.
