support of the private entity<strong> Synallagma SA<\/strong> through the project <em><strong>Consumer Empowerment Project<\/strong><\/em>, has launched a <strong>Doctoral Research Grant<\/strong> for the development of a doctoral research project in one of the following disciplinary areas: <strong>EU Consumer<\/strong> and\/or <strong>End-User Rights<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-782dc9e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"782dc9e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The scholarship also includes collaboration as a <strong><em>Research Fellow<\/em><\/strong> within the Knowledge Centres <a href=\"https:\/\/novalaw.unl.pt\/en\/nova-consumer-lab\/\">NOVA Consumer Lab<\/a> and\/or <a href=\"https:\/\/novalaw.unl.pt\/en\/nova-knowledge-centre-on-intellectual-property-sustainable-innovation-ipsi\/\">NOVA IPSI<\/a> and is aimed at a graduate with a Master\u2019s Degree and an incoming applicant to the <a href=\"https:\/\/novalaw.unl.pt\/en\/phd-in-law\/\">PhD Programme in Law<\/a> at NOVA School of Law.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b28a11 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2b28a11\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong><u>Mandatory requirement to apply for the Scholarship is to have applied to the PhD Program in Law at NOVA School of Law in the first phase of Call for Applications, which runs from 1 to 29 February 2024.<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/novalaw.unl.pt\/en\/phd-in-law\/\">Applications to the NOVA School of Law PhD Program must be submitted through the School webpage, regular-text\">Specifications<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-26f22e7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"26f22e7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The CEP scholarship* has a <strong>total duration of 3 (three) years<\/strong>, starting from the date of enrolment in the PhD Program in Law, and includes:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Coverage of the fee<\/strong> of the teaching part of the PhD program (1st year) in the value of 3.600,00 euro for EU applicants, or 7.000,00 euro for non-EU applicants);<\/li><li><p><strong>Monthly salary of approximate 1.200,00 euros<\/strong>** for the first 12 months of PhD program<\/p>for the first 12 months of PhD program;<\/li><li>Contribution to the voluntary social insurance (optional) for the first 12 months of PhD program.<\/li><\/ul><p>*<em>Under exclusivity work committment and incompatible with other publicly or privately funded scholarships.<\/em><br \/>**<em>Values subject to alterations based on reference to the National Foundation for Science and Technology.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-52a2cf8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"52a2cf8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>The CEP scholarship holder will enjoy <strong>automatic affiliation as Research Fellow<\/strong> in the Knowledge Centres <a href=\"https:\/\/novalaw.unl.pt\/en\/nova-consumer-lab\/\">NOVA Consumer Lab<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/novalaw.unl.pt\/nova-knowledge-centre-on-intellectual-property-sustainable-innovation-ipsi\/\">NOVA IPSI<\/a>.<\/li><li>Concluding the 1st year of PhD program: the CEP scholarship holder will receive the <strong>Certificate of Advanced Studies in Law<\/strong>.<\/li><li>From the 2nd year of PhD program onwards: NSL will provide full support for further national and\/or international scholarship applications.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4285005 elementor-widget
