href=\"https:\/\/novalaw.unl.pt\/abreu-chair-in-esg-impact-da-nova-school-of-law-destacada-nos-ft-innovative-lawyers-awards-europe-2023\/\">being named the 16th most innovative law firm in Europe and the only Portuguese firm to win a Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Awards Europe<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/abreuadvogados.com\/en\/\">Abreu Advogados<\/a> <strong>has been nominated again for these prestigious international awards<\/strong>, in two categories that recognise the innovative work carried out over the past year.<\/p><p>One of the nominations, <strong>in the &#8216;Innovation in Regulatory Solutions&#8217; category<\/strong>, recognises the project developed in partnership with the <a href=\"https:\/\/institutodeconhecimento.abreuadvogados.com\/\">Knowledge Institute<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.portugalglobal.pt\/pt\/\">AICEP (Ag\u00eancia para o Investimento e Com\u00e9rcio Externo de Portugal)<\/a>, which focuses on training SME exporters on ESG issues.<\/p><p>The project, which is unique in Portugal and has the ambitious goal of reaching 2,000 companies, <strong>is scientifically coordinated by the coordinator of the <a href=\"https:\/\/novalaw.unl.pt\/nova-green-lab\/\">NOVA Green Lab<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/novalaw.unl.pt\/en\/abreu-chair-in-esg-impact\/\">Abreu Chair in ESG Impact<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/novalaw.unl.pt\/en\/lucila-de-almeida\/\">Professor Lucila de Almeida.<\/a><\/strong><\/p><p>This recognition reinforces the continuous and fruitful collaboration between Abreu Advogados and NOVA School of Law, namely through the <strong>NOVA Green Lab Knowledge Centre<\/strong>, as part of a <a href=\"https:\/\/novalaw.unl.pt\/parcerias\/\">strategic partnership<\/a> that NOVA School of Law has with the prestigious law firm, with which it has signed a <a href=\"https:\/\/novalaw.unl.pt\/nova-school-of-law-e-abreu-advogados-inovam-e-criam-catedra-em-sustentabilidade\/\">protocol of collaboration in the field of sustainability.<\/a><\/p><p>It also shows that the objectives of both institutions are aligned, standing out as leaders in innovative regulatory solutions and sustainable practices.<\/p><p><strong>The awards ceremony will take place on 12 September at the Natural History Museum in London<\/strong>.
