(2015) and his LL.M. in European, Comparative and International Law from the European University Institute (2017). He holds an Honours Degree (2016) and a Ph.D. in Law from Sant&rsquo;Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa (2020).&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Following his Ph.D., Orlando was an Emile No&euml;l Global Fellow at NYU School of Law and a postdoctoral researcher at LUISS Guido Carli in Rome. He has also served as a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute for European Law at the KU Leuven.
