candidate at NOVA School of Law, where she also completed her Master&rsquo;s degree in Business Law and Technology. She holds a specialisation in Information and Communication Technology Law from Instituto Europeo Campus Stellae. She holds a double Law degree from the University of Coimbra (Portugal) and the Federal University of Bahia (Brazil).<\/p>\n<p>She is a researcher at <a href=\"https:\/\/novalaw.unl.pt\/en\/nova-knowledge-centre-on-intellectual-property-sustainable-innovation-ipsi\/\">NOVA Intellectual Property &amp;
