class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The Whistleblower Portal is intended for the reporting of practices that constitute violations, namely: harassment (moral and\/or sexual) and discrimination practices; infringements, acts of corruption, or others within the scope of application of the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption (RGPC); acts that violate European Union Law.<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1b4b81c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1b4b81c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The mechanism of the Whistleblower Portal is governed by the principles of impartiality, independence, secrecy and confidentiality, from the receipt and processing of complaints, to their resolution.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
