href=\"https:\/\/www.pwc.pt\/en.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PwC<\/a>, through its law firm, have formalised a General Cooperation Protocol<\/strong>, signed on 9 July 2025, establishing <strong>a strategic partnership for the joint development of academic, scientific, and cultural activities.<\/strong><\/p><p>This protocol aims to strengthen the link between legal education and the professional world by promoting collaboration across various areas of law, thereby contributing to the training of highly qualified future professionals.<\/p><p>The key initiatives envisaged include:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Integration into the Master&#8217;s in Law and Management:<\/strong> PwC will contribute innovative course units to NOVA School of Law\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/novalaw.unl.pt\/en\/master-in-law-and-management\/\">Master\u2019s in Law and Management<\/a> programme, bringing in guest lecturers appointed by the firm to reinforce the connection between legal theory and practice.<\/li><li><strong>Career opportunities:<\/strong> students and recent graduates will have access to recruitment and internship opportunities promoted by PwC to provide NOVA School of Law students with direct contact with the job market.<\/li><li><strong>Job fairs:<\/strong> PwC will actively participate in career fairs and other events organised by NOVA School of Law, expanding networking opportunities for students and alumni<\/li><li><strong>Legal opinions:<\/strong> through additional agreements, NOVA School of Law will offer legal opinion services provided by its prestigious faculty<\/li><\/ul><p>This agreement reflects the commitment of both institutions to innovation in legal education, the promotion of high-quality scientific knowledge, as well as to bridging the gap between academia and professional practice.<\/p><p><strong>In the 2025\/26 academic year<\/strong>,\u00a0 we would highlight a new course unit proposed by PwC: <strong>&#8220;Managing the Family Enterprise: Governance, Succession and Family Protocol\u201d<\/strong>.
