Advanced Course on Special Tax Regimes for Mobile Individuals
The “Advanced Course on Special Tax Regimes for Mobile Individuals” looks at a variety of subjects to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the tax challenges faced by people who reside, work or invest in different jurisdictions.
The course aims to understand the tax rules applicable to the international mobility of individuals so that they can move globally while complying with their tax obligations in the countries involved and avoiding international double taxation.
This analysis will be done under the lens of the special tax regimes for individuals with a view to discussing the opportunities that they provide and how they enhance global mobility.
Throughout the course, there is an attempt to raise awareness of the challenges and practical aspects associated with international mobility through debates on the subject.
The course consists of several modules, each covering specific aspects of international taxation relevant to individuals who move across different jurisdictions.
The course is aimed at tax and legal professionals, government officials, policy advisors, relocation and mobility planners, academic staff and tax law students.

To enhance this experience, a welcome reception will be held on the evening before the course begins, setting the stage for engagement and collaboration.
