Shepherd Mutsvara
Professor Convidado
Atualmente, é Investigador de Pós-Doutoramento na Universidade de Münster, onde desenvolve o projeto “Tackling Emerging Forms of Forced Displacement: Could a Framework Convention be the Catalyst in Broadening the Refugee Definition?” (TEFFD-Framework).
É membro do Conselho Editorial de Externalizing Asylum: A Compendium of Scientific Knowledge e Research Affiliate da Refugee Law Initiative, University of London, onde integra o Working Group on Externalization desde outubro de 2019.
