This SPEED Session will take place online on Zoom and it is an opportunity for researchers and PhD students to meet up and foster a scientific community at NOVA School of Law. 

During this event, Caroline Silva, Lecturer at the Institute for the Study of Human Rights at Columbia University, will speak about “Covid’s ricochet effect on courts: how the structure of domestic and international courts changed to accommodate adjudication worldwide?” 

She will be joined by a discussant: João Pedro Pinto-Ferreira, Assistant Professor at NOVA School of Law.
