During this event, Caroline Silva, Lecturer at the Institute for the Study of Human Rights at Columbia University, will speak about “Covid’s ricochet effect on courts: how the structure of domestic and international courts changed to accommodate adjudication worldwide?” 

She will be joined by a discussant: João Pedro Pinto-Ferreira, Assistant Professor at NOVA School of Law.
