Amanda Costa Novaes

Amanda Costa Novaes é doutoranda na NOVA School of Law (Faculdade de Direito), onde também concluiu o Mestrado em Business Law and Technology. Possui uma especialização em Direito das Novas Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação pelo Instituto Europeo Campus Stellae. É licenciada em Direito pela Universidade de Coimbra (Portugal) e pela Universidade Federal da Bahia (Brasil).
É investigadora no NOVA Intellectual Property & Sustainable Innovation (NOVA IPSI) e NOVA Consumer Lab, no Centro de Investigação sobre Direito e Sociedade (CEDIS).
Há dois anos, é co-docente da unidade curricular InfoDoc, dedicada às metodologias de investigação jurídica. Atualmente, também leciona Industrial Property para os alunos de mestrado da NOVA School of Law.
