Amanda Costa Novaes is a PhD candidate at NOVA School of Law, where she also completed her Master’s degree in Business Law and Technology. She holds a specialisation in Information and Communication Technology Law from Instituto Europeo Campus Stellae. She holds a double Law degree from the University of Coimbra (Portugal) and the Federal University of Bahia (Brazil).
She is a researcher at NOVA Intellectual Property & Sustainable Innovation (NOVA IPSI) and NOVA Consumer Lab at the Centre for Research on Law and Society (CEDIS).
