NOVA School of Law and VdA announce the «Talk on NFTs: Artworks of the Future» that will be broadcast online by Microsoft Teams, on Monday, 11the July, 5:30 – 6:40 pm (UTC+1).

Boom or Bust: What will be the future of NFTs? How filled with Art will our cities of the future be? Will NFTs change the way we enjoy Art? How is our artistic taste, sense, experience about to change? This Talk will provide a dialogue between Art and Law, focused on the evolving phenomena of digitization, valorization, and re-purposing of artistic works in our urban, social, and cultural environments.

WhatNext.Law – represented in this Talk by Giulia Priora (Assistant Professor at NOVA School of Law), Tiago Bessa and Hugo Moredo Santos (Partners at VdA) – is honoured to have as Speakers Benjamin Weil (Director of the Modern Art Centre at Foundation Calouste Gulbenkian) and Péter Mezei (Associate Professor at University of Szeged, Hungary; Adjunct Professor at University of Turku, Finland; Elected Member of the European Copyright Society).
