Biographical Note | Pedagogical Experience
Doctorate in Law (specialization in Criminal Law) at NOVA School of Law, Master’s in Criminal Law at the University of Coimbra and Bachelor’s in Law at the University of Lisbon. She was an attorney until 2017 and employed by CMVM, from 1996 to 2017, having been Director of the Litigation Department.
She has taught a range of subjects, held conferences, collaborated on training courses at the CEJ and published studies in the areas of Regulation and Securities Market, Criminal Procedure Law and Law of Administrative Offences. Furthermore, she is a researcher at CEDIS – Centro de Investigação de Direito e Sociedade, at NOVA University, Lisbon, where she is a member of the Criminalia group.
