Estamos de volta!

A NOVA School of Law e o NOVA Dispute Resolution Forum têm o prazer de anunciar oficialmente o lançamento da segunda edição da «NOVA Summer School on International Arbitration», que terá lugar entre os dias 10 a 14 de julho, em Lisboa, Portugal.

À semelhança da edição passada, a Escola de Verão procura dar aos/às seus/suas participantes as bases da Arbitragem Internacional. Os/as participantes terão a oportunidade única de aprender com especialistas internacionais estabelecidos/as em diferentes cidades e de estar verdadeiramente expostos/as ao mundo da Arbitragem Internacional.

As aulas serão lecionadas por académicos e profissionais mundialmente reconhecidos/as e focar-se-ão nas questões mais relevantes da Arbitragem Internacional, tais como acordos e procedimentos arbitrais, sentenças arbitrais e proteção de investimentos internacionais.

Para além de terem aulas lecionadas por especialistas de renome, os/as participantes terão a oportunidade de pôr em prática os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo da Escola de Verão através de um mini moot court com as Regras de Arbitragem da CCI.

O mini Moot Court foi especialmente concebido para dar aos/às participantes uma visão teórico-prática abrangente da Arbitragem. A fim de assegurar o sucesso de cada participante no mini moot court com as Regras de Arbitragem da CCI, haverá workshops sobre soft skills e advocacia oral.

A par de todas estas atividades, o NOVA Dispute Resolution Forum irá organizar atividades sociais e de networking para aproximar os/as participantes da comunidade internacional de arbitragem.
