Navigating the Digital Frontier: The Role of Cyber Diplomacy, Cyber Warfare Preparedness, and Public-Private Partnerships

Critical infrastructures such as energy, telecommunications, finance, transportation, and healthcare are essential to national security and the functioning of society. As cyber threats increase in scale and sophistication, these vital systems are becoming prime targets for cyberattacks, including state-sponsored cyber warfare. This seminar will explore the importance of cyber diplomacy, strategies to address the growing threat of cyber warfare, and the role of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) in fortifying cybersecurity for critical infrastructure.

Objectives
  • To examine the role of cyber diplomacy in fostering international cooperation and agreements to protect critical infrastructure.
  • To assess the growing threat of cyber warfare and the need for resilient defense strategies to safeguard national infrastructure.
  • To discuss how Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) can enhance cybersecurity and help protect critical infrastructure from cyber threats.
