Biographical Note | Pedagogical Experience
Graduated in Law from the Portuguese Catholic University, Master’s in International Legal Sciences from the University of Lisbon, and PhD in Law of the Sea from the University of Hamburg. He was a researcher at the International Max Planck Research School for Maritime Affairs (Hamburg) and is currently a researcher at CEDIS – NOVA School of Law.
