Biographical Note | Pedagogical Experience
Francisco Arga e Lima is currently an associate at LEXR Law Switzerland AG. He is also a PhD candidate in European Constitutional Law at NOVA School of Law, where he did his bachelor’s degree.
In addition to his professional roles, Francisco is a researcher at NOVA Consumer Lab and Observatório de Proteção de Dados.
His research and professional focus span the intersection of law and technology, particularly in areas related to data protection, AI and digital regulation, as well as areas related to Constitutional Law.
