Aim of the course

The Postgraduate Course aims to:

  • Provide a comprehensive understanding of the field of compliance, particularly in the Portuguese context.
  • Enable participants to identify, assess and mitigate risks associated with corruption.
  • Provide participants with tools and strategies to promote ethical work environments.
  • Foster a proactive mindset in preventing corruption and promoting business integrity.

Target Audience

The Postgraduate Course is aimed at company executives, compliance professionals, auditors, solicitors and civil servants with regulatory compliance responsibilities.

Teaching methodology

  • Theoretical Classes: Presented by compliance experts.
  • Group Discussions: To promote the exchange of experiences and approaches among participants.
  • Simulations and case studies: To allow participants to put what they have learned into practice in controlled scenarios.

Assessment

  • Practical Project (40%): Development and presentation for discussion of a project to implement an ethics and compliance programme or one of the elements that make up an ethics and compliance programme.
  • Assessment tests for curriculum units I and II (CU) (60%)

Certificate of Participation

Minimum attendance of 75% of sessions.

Minimum requirements

Minimum of 25 participants and maximum of 45.
