Master in Law (Legal and Political Sciences) from the Faculty of Law of Lisbon and Degree in Law from the Catholic University of Portugal.

Partner at the law firm Pérez-Llorca.

Public law lawyer with experience in the areas of public policy, public procurement, regulation, litigation and arbitration.

Non-Executive Director of Galp and Vice-Chairman of its Board of Directors.

Guest Assistant Professor at Nova School of Business and Economics.

Arbitrator at CAAD – Center for Administrative Arbitration.

Secretary of State for Tourism between 2013 and 2015 and Member of the Assembly of the Republic between 2011 and 2013.

Author of “A Grande Escolha“, a book about the challenges posed by globalization and proposing public policies to maximize its opportunities and minimize its risks. Co-Author of “Regime Jurídico da Mobilidade Eléctrica“, a book that provides a critical analysis of the national and European legal framework for electric mobility. Author of several academic articles on matters of Public Law
