João Pedro Pinto-Ferreira holds a PhD in Civil Procedure and is currently co-coordinator of the research project “IN_SOLVENS: Insolvency Law in Portugal – A Multidisciplinary Analysis” (with Mariana França Gouveia).

He is also deputy director of CEDIS, co-coordinator of NOVA Dispute Resolution Forum and member of the board of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Lab.

João Pedro has published several texts on Civil Procedure Law, Insolvency and Alternative Dispute Resolution and has participated as speaker in courses in these areas.
