E-Course Legal Protection and Use of Creative Content in the EU
Presentation
The aim is to build a solid understanding and deepen the participants’ knowledge on the EU copyright legal framework.
The course will provide a theoretical overview of all main legal provisions involved as well as practical exercises to get familiar with the legal interpretation and application.
Together we will understand and discuss how the discipline is evolving and responding to the ongoing process of copyright modernization epitomized by the recent EU Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market 2019/790.
