Guilherme Berriel

Master’s in Political Science and International Relations with an emphasis on Strategic Studies of Security and Defense from Universidade Federal Fluminense (Brazil, 2016), he attended a Postgraduate Course in International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights in Conflict Situations at the Institute of National Defense /University of Lisbon (2023) and a Postgraduate Course in International Relations at the University Institute of Research of Rio de Janeiro-IUPERJ (2014).
He holds a degree in Law from Universidade Federal Fluminense (2012).
His Master’s degree dissertation was awarded in the VII Competition of Dissertations and Theses on National Defense of the Ministry of Defense of Brazil in 2016 and winner of the René Dreifuss Award in 2017.
He was a temporary officer of the Brazilian Navy in the specialty of Law and has worked as a lawyer, lecturer, and science manager.
