Introduction to Intellectual Property Law in the EU (1st Edition)

Presentation

The purpose of the course is to provide an overview of what Intellectual Property Law is about and how it is developing in the European Union. We will explore its main branches, key notions, and most common legal applications are in everyday life as well as inside judicial courtrooms. The course is lectured by academics and legal practitioners, thus combining theory and practice through lectures, cases studies exercises, and daily recaps.
