Master's in Law and Economics of the Sea - Ocean Governance secures world top position in international ranking
The Master’s in Law and Economics of the Sea – Ocean Governance, which brings together NOVA School of Law and Nova School of Business and Economics since 2023/2024, corresponding to the evolution of the NOVA School of Law Master’s degree started in 2015, has maintained its first position in Eduniversal ‘s international ranking in the area of Maritime Management, and is the only Portuguese degree in the World Top 50.
The Master's in Law and Financial Markets has risen to 15th position in Western Europe
The Master’s in Law and Financial Markets, the result of an innovative partnership between NOVA Information Management School (NOVA IMS) and NOVA School of Law, was ranked 15th in Western Europe in the International Business Law category, moving up one place from 2023. This distinction has brought us even closer to acclaimed institutions such as Trinity College, Oxford and Cambridge.
“This distinction is further recognition of the excellence of our teaching, in Portugal and abroad. The increasing demand that we have been experiencing over the last few years is a sign that we are on the right track, training more and better lawyers and it is a great satisfaction for us to see that the choices we make are recognized internationally for their excellence,” says Margarida Lima Rego, NOVA School of Law Dean.
