This online short course aims at discussing the Asylum, Immigration and Nationality Law with experts in the field through the analysis of the general principles, the recent legislative amendments, and the legal practice in these subjects.
Target audience: The target audience is lawyers, judges, prosecutors, officials of the High Commission for Migration, the Foreigners and Borders Service workers, NGOs and Associations representatives and volunteers, as well as students and researchers of the subjects covered by the course programme.
