NOVA School of Law has signed a protocol with the University Network for Human Rights for the creation of a postgraduate course in Human Rights Advocacy

NOVA School of Law, represented by its Dean, Professor Margarida Lima Rego, and the University Network for Human Rights, represented by its Executive Director, Professor James Cavallaro, signed a protocol on May 17th, 2023, which aims, jointly, to organize a postgraduate course (LLM) in «Human Rights Advocacy», starting in the academic year 2024/2025, over a period of 5 academic years.

This is an intensive one-year program, which is intended to provide students with an immersive experience in the study and practice of Human Rights, which will include quarterly integration within an interdisciplinary clinic and will involve the participation of renowned academics and international experts.
