NOVA Summer School on International Arbitration

As in past editions, the Summer School seeks to give its participants the basics of International Arbitration. Participants will have the unique opportunity to learn from established international experts from different backgrounds and to be truly exposed to the world of International Arbitration.

Aim of the course
Classes will be taught by world-renowned academics and practitioners and will focus on the most relevant issues in International Arbitration, such as arbitration agreements and proceedings, arbitral awards and international investment protection.
As well as being taught by renowned experts, participants will have the opportunity to put into practice the knowledge acquired during the Summer School and take part in roundtables and debates where the most current issues in the world of international arbitration will be discussed.
Alongside all these activities, the NOVA Dispute Resolution Forum will organize social and networking activities to bring participants closer to the international arbitration community.

- Friday (11/07) from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
Fee
- 375 €
- Early Bird (until 30 May): 318,75 €
- 20% off for organisations enrolling 3-4 participants;
- 30% off for organisations enrolling 5 or more participants.
